Ungstrup (11560), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 15, 2004 [ZBF 2004] The aroma lovely; sour as it should be with notes of metal. The color is an unclear orange-brown and it has no head. The flavor is sour in the beginning, but the sourness fades fast to more normal notes of grapefruit and the less pronounced notes of the wild fermentation. A somewhat boring lambic. omhper (10900), Stockholm, Sweden Apr 28, 2003 Sampled draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, Sweden.
