COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Moses Extra Special Bitter
Brewed by our “Cricketing Brewers” as a commiseration for the English fans, who they believe are about to lose the forthcoming 2010/11 Ashes Series. Copper hued in colour using only marris otter malt from Cambridge in the United Kingdom, for the first time here at Bootleg. More than generous use of pilgrim and fuggles hops . Top fermented using a unique English Ale Yeast has resulted in a toasty “Extra Special Bitter” . Limited 1000 litre release. Also available in bottles to enjoy on your holiday.

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2010 Clear, sunburnt copper body with short head. Light caramel in the taste some grapefruit , pleasant bitterness, easy drinking. Re rate. tried on tap at Bootleg. No real differences but just drank a lot better whilst on holidays.
