3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 riversideAK (5404) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - AUG 11, 2010Nose is somewhat fruity with citrus and floral hops plus a significant amount of grass as well. Lightly dusty, a some bread and crackery malts as well. Pours light golden with a short lived frothy head and lace - the picture to the right looks way better. Grassy, floral, citrusy, light bread and cracker malts. Dry and crisp with a decent hoppy finish. Drinks well. Well carbonated.

Tap from Mane Liquor. Pours a golden brown with 2cm of off-white head. Sweet caramel biscuit and grassy nose. Flavour is well balanced, nice easy drinking carbonation and body. Lingering bitter-sweet hoppiness. Great for a WA beer!

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Not sure why this isn’t getting higher raps. Great looking orange amber with a big, fluffy white head leaving great lacing. Nose is a little one dimensional but what is there works well - caramel, biscuit, grapefruit, citrus. Quite malt driven but the hops arent at all subdued. Great grapefruit finish. Tasty stuff

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20 Davros (1473) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 19, 2010
Pours orange/amber with a large, slowly receding head.
Aroma shows orange and tangerine marmalade, grapefruit, and hop resin along with prominent caramel malt.
Loads of nutty, caramel malt flavours, with some of the citrus hop aromas transferring through. Quite an assertive bitterness follows, though the malt balances it quite well.
Carbonation is too high.
