14 oct 2011, tap at brewery. Cherry brown and a little hazy. Really strong vinaigrette aroma. Lots aid sweet, tart alcohol and some tart wood. Film body and a bit fizzy. Hard to describe. A bit of vinaigrette, Sugary tart wet wood. Some candy. Like vinaigrette rock candy w some bourbons alcohol backbone

Bourbony aroma (the usual toasted coconute, vanilla). Copper in color with an off-white head. Decently malty with solid whiskey tones.
