9 Sept 2011, tap. hazy, med rose color. aroma is a sweet wheat beer, some orange pulp and a bready yeastiness. med/full body and fairly fizzy. a great wheat beer body. sweet, yeasty orange juice flavor. i really like this as a wheat beer.

A: The beer pours a cloudy pink-orange color with a finger of white head. S: Smells mostly like the base beer ( Old World Hefeweizen), as there is a lot of wheat and bread aroma to it. Lightly spicy with some of the clove notes coming through. Some berry notes with a bit of lemon peel. T: There is significantly more fruit flavor than aroma. A sweet fruitiness with what seems to be strawberry and raspberry. A lot of clove and sweet wheat bread with a touch of citrus on the back end. M: Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. O: A little bit of a funky nose, but the flavor was nice. Pretty tasty fruit beer.
