Appearance: Pours an amber gold with a big fluffy head. Ginormous infact. Aroma: A big whiff of funky sour brett with big ripe pineapple notes. Taste: Pineapple juice, bitter spicy funky yeast. Mouthfeel: low carb, syrupy. Overall: I only liked the nose on this one. It was a pilot batch with a line issue, so all things considered, a fun experience.

A: The pour is a very cloudy golden color with some hints of orange. The keg has a slight problem with it, so very overcarbonated with a huge white head. S: The nose is wonderfully funky with some notes of straw, green apple, pears, and pineapple (Brett C, perhaps?). T: The flavor does not exhibit quite as much Brett as the nose does. That said, this is quite similar to regular Golden Chaos with a touch of some green apple and slight tartness. Also some citrus, pears, and pineapple. M: The body is medium with a high carbonation. Despite the extreme overcarbonation on the beer itself has a respectable amount of bubbles on the tongue. D: This was quite nice indeed. Aaron said they only made one keg of this beer this time around but will more than likely do it again.
