Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a light tan head. Aroma is underripe fruits, bubblegum and spice. Flavor is more of the same. Really a typical Belgian golden ale, but well executed. Sweeter than normal, full bodied and strong carbonation.

Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, apricot, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100327]

Bottle. Bit hazy golden with a medium off white head. The aroma is yeasty fruity with light hoppy notes and a slight sour touch. The flavour is sweet fruity, light peach, caramel and spicy yeast. Bit tart dry fruity finish.

22 fl oz bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours orange with a small orange with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic and fruity, slight orange note. Milky and slight citric flavoured. Lingering caramelish with a slight milky note. Citric and bitter finish. Nice fruity touch.

A: Pours a slightly hazed golden color with a minimal white head.
S: Very, very spicy and yeasty. I know they were going for the Belgian thing here, but it’s a bit overdone.
T: As with the nose, this one was a bit of a let down. Way too intense in terms of the spice and yeast character, almost completely washing out the malt. Also, there is a fair amount of alcohol presence, which is a bit surprising
M: Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.
D: This one is a bit too hot and way too spicy for me. I suppose it might work for some, but I won’t be having this one again.
