COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named after its golden color and effervescence, the complex yet smooth tast of Golden Chaos lives up to its name! Golden Chaos is a Belgian style golden ale made from fresh imported German and English hops, brewed using the finest American rock candy, giving this fine ale a fruity aroma taste that leads to a surprisingly dry finish. The subtle notes of plum, apricot, and pear achieve a perfect balance of fruitiness, spiciness, and hoppiness.

This poured a semi hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma was lots of spices, coriander, lemon peel, some yeast and sweeter malt. Flavor had a bit of typical belgian golden notes, between yeast and spice, but not much in the way of fruitiness. Meh.

750mL thanks to beerandblues2. Sparkling deep gold with weak, white foam. Nose is rich baked yellow apples- quite estery and sugary. Taste is sweeter, rich, some candi sugar, baked pear and spiced dessert. Not bad.

Rather sweet for the style, very little bitterness, slight herbal hops, lots of cotton candy and honey. Pass.

750ml bottle: pours a slightly hazy dark golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Has a sweet biscuity pale malty nose with some banana esters. Starts with pretty good fullness and chewy biscuity malts with some banana and clove flavors with bready yeast before a smooth authentic finish.
