Knuckle Sandwich DIPA is an American Style Double IPA. This is a beer that truly lives up to its name! Brewed with copious amounts of North American hops, this Double IPA has a colossal hop profile and an aggressive aroma. Helping round out the floral and citrus notes is a huge malt backbone that provides a great mouth feel to this heavyweight hitter.

Bottle to glass. Pours a mostly clear copper rust color with a thin light tan head. Aroma is full of fleshy tropical fruit hops, caramel sweetness. Flavor packs the same punch. Tons of fleshy fruit hops. Medium body with a long lingering sweet fruity hops. Excellent imperial IPA!

A little dark and sweet and malty for my tastes, but that being said...still enjoyed it. Just leaning towards the barleywine catergory a little and away from the bright hoppy IIPAs I gravitate towards

Amber pour with a tan, lasting head. Beautiful piney aroma that nicely complimented the taste. Lots of hoppy pine with a hard sweet/cotton candy like balance. Lots of hop lots of sweet but very balanced. Not particularly dynamic, narrow but well done and enjoyable. High alcohol was nicely hidden. Would I drink again? yes. Would I order again? yes.

Poured from a 22oz bottle, not sure of the bottle date. Poured amber with a slight reddish head, great color and head retention. Aroma wasnt prevalent, but I have a harder time with that and Im a little stuffed up, I did get a lot of booze/alcohol in pouring and on the nose. Not as much hop as I would have liked and definitely sweet. Defiantly left a hot taste in my mouth after the sweet subsided. A lot of caramel, a little hot but overall a good beer. Im not a big fan of imperials but I did enjoy this beer
