COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Knuckle Sandwich DIPA is an American Style Double IPA. This is a beer that truly lives up to its name! Brewed with copious amounts of North American hops, this Double IPA has a colossal hop profile and an aggressive aroma. Helping round out the floral and citrus notes is a huge malt backbone that provides a great mouth feel to this heavyweight hitter.

Bomber poured into a tulip glass. Dark copper in color with a thin tan ring of foam. Aroma of pine and sweet caramel malt. Taste is sweet and moderately bitter. Not sure of the age on this one, if it’s older and the hops are fading and bringing the sweetness to the forefront, or if it’s supposed to be like this. It’s good either way. Mouthfeel is creamy and smooth, with moderate carbonation. Good DIPA, more dark, sweet, and malty than I would expect out of a California DIPA, but very good nonetheless. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flaska i Djursvik. Fantastisk doft av ladgård druvor o drag av fotbira. Underbar doft. Smaken är först en behaglig maltsötma sedan kommer persika o apelsin, en bred smak. Mycket krämig o behaglig beska. Mycket god öl!

Flarra . Jävligt kraftigt rostfärgad dryck. Doftar mycket fruktigt av mest druvor. Smakar myckrt fruktigt av persika, äpple , lite apelsin . Lakrits. Jävligt fyllig Dipa.

An orange amber DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dank floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light sulfur, resinous and complex. In mouth, a nice doughy caramel malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, dank musty character, nice. On tap at brewery.

Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear amber beer with medium carbonation and small white foam. Smell: resin and caramel domination. Toffee and pine. Taste: full body with caramel pine domination. Good malt base. Pine and dry bitterness. Strong taste and body. Good attenuation. Pine and resin finish. Aftertaste: caramel, pine and dry bitterness.

Sampled at a tasting. Very dark brown pour with a tan head. Smells of citrus hops, grapefruit. Tastes like malt sugars, honey, citrus and caramel. Bitter-sweet aftertaste.

Mahogany color with white head. Aroma has a heavy malt backbone with earthy and piney hops. Taste starts hoppy with intense bitterness and a solid malt backbone. Heavy body with medium carbonation. Not bad but it’s very old school and generic.

Got o few months back at the tap room downtown Fullerton. Not a typical imperial IPA at all. It poured a little darker than the light orange IPAs. Had a great balanced caramel and pine hop aroma. Flavor of more malty than usual xxipas. Definitely had strong pine like northwestern hops. Different for sure and in a good way. Very impressed.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear, rich gold with a creamy, off-white head. Lots of fairly dank hops in the aroma, some melon, grapefruit. Medium sweet falvour with loads more dank hop character, big on the melon, oily pine, grapefruit, some sweet pale bread. Full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet and resinous on the finish, with mellow pine spice, sticky melon and papaya, more grapefruit. Very tasty. Quite rich, but still highly drinkable.

Hazy deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Decent carbonation. Creamy malts. light but sweetish. Good hops - crisp orange and smooth pine. A little resin. Smooth spicy sweet finish. Sound and drinkable.
