On tap. Pours with a hazy golden body and no head. Aroma is wine, sour, vinegar and vanilla. Taste is lightly sour and fruit forward up front with a huge esophagus and stomach burning acetic finish. Dry and burn.

A: The pour is a standard darkened golden color with a minimal white head. S: The nose is highly acidic with a bit of lemons. Lots of lactic and a slight acetic character. Not overly complex, but perhaps a hint of wood. T: Wow is this beer sour. An onsalught of lemony, lactic sourness with a strong vinegar component to it as well. There is a mild sweetness in there too that I can’t quite place. M: The body is medium with a mild carbonation and a puckering finish. D: This was a bit hard to finish, to be honest. I love my sours, but this didn’t really have anything to balance that out or cover it up.
