Appearance: Pours a ruby copper with no head.
Aroma: Light red wine vinegar and oak.
Taste: Big time oak and soury funk.
Mouthfeel: Full and fizzy.
Overall: The best lambic of the pack. I enjoyed the bigger presence of wood in this compared to the other in this series.

A: The pour is a clear amber color with a fluffy cream colored head without too much in the way of lacing.
S: A really nice balance of lactic and acetic acids. The lactic tartness really controls here with just a hint of vinegar. The sour cherries and oak are quite robust as well.
T: The oak is quite prominent, along with the lemony sourness and a solid sour cherry flavor. The vinegar component is quite mild. The oak is really wet and musty, a really nice funk character.
M: A medium body with a tingly carbonation and a slightly dry finish.
D: The best of the lambics so far from Bootlegger’s. I could drink this one all day.

On tap; aroma of yeast, spice, vinegar and fruit. Subdued but quality nose. Flavor had more spice and oak. May be a lambic, but said sour. Very good.
