Hazy pale yellow pour with a white head. Spicy nose of tarragon and cinnamon. Some lemon grass, lots of wheat, some lemongrass, and a subtle herbal note of dill. Nice flavor, almost cinnamon toast like. There is a nice spice character, some herbs, and subtle tartness and lemongrass flavors. Surprisingly good.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought big herbal notes from the dill, I’m not sure I could pick out tarragon as its not a familiar herb, but overall very herbal. Some slight biscuit, bread and white fruits as well. Taste is a mix of white fruit, some slight lemon, grass, going into the dill, tarragon, and other herbal notes, finishing fairly sweet, slightly spicy.
