warm up bottle at BA Buffalo bottleshare. pours pale golden hue with a ample white head. nose of bready, herb, and flowers. taste is well balanced with additions of honey on the finish. the medium body is smooth

Pours a hazy gold with a large head that slowly dissipates. Aroma is nice and spicy with a little hay. Taste is good, get hints of the sage up front and honey on the end. Palate has lively carbonation and a thin body. Overall, a very tasty beer, and just enough spice to keep it interesting without overdoing it.

Light yellow macro color, vinegar malty aroma. a bit grassy peppermint cinnemon honey malty Apple taste. Very smooth palate. Very odd beer. Not really working for me. Doesnt taste like it smelles. Taste better than the aroma. Its a spring sweet refreshing typ of brew but not for me.

Light gold pour, white head. Aroma starts sweet and then you really notice the tarragon and sage. Flavor has some light tea, the herbs and honey. A bit sweet.

A - Pours a clear golden-yellow with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down very slowly leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of lemon zest and other citrus smells with some coriander, sage, chamomile, honey, and other spices with some sweet bready malts.
T - Starts off with some lemon zest, orange peel, and other citrus flavors, with some honey, chamomile, and sage. Through the middle, the herbs get a bit stronger with some sweet bready malts coming through alongside. The finish is a mix of honey, sane, chamomile, and other other herbs, with some lemon zest and a touch of sweet bready malts.
M - Medium-minus bodied with heavy carbonation. Smooth with a spicy and herby finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice spiced beer with a good balance of spices that are nicely balanced and not overpowering.

Strong herbal aromas of sage and lavender rise off a beautiful crystal clear golden yellow body with a soapy white head. The herbs and honey all hit at the same time and strike a great balance between sweet and earthy. If there are hops in here, they’re buried under the herbs. There’s also a bready malt taste near the end and some floral notes around the sides. Finishes sweet with a lasting taste of honey and herbs. This really does evoke a feeling of spring (even if you taste it in the middle of summer like I’m doing!). Really delicious herb beer!

From tap the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a small, white and light creamy head. Aroma is selleri spiced. Bitter and light spiced into a dry and crisp hoppy finish. Ends dry and bitter. Light spiced.

Pours a very light and clear yellow. Nice light sage and tea aroma. Taste has a nice hit of the spice but then becomes very over honeyed. Tastes a little thicker than the ABV
