29 July 2011, tap at brewery. yellow, clear, no bubbles. not aggressive nose. grapefruit rind. thin body and mildly fizzy and a tad watery. taste is faintly peachy, primarily soft grapefruit rind. okay.

Pours a clear yellow color with a hoppy aroma. A clean crisp tasting beer with a hoppy aftertaste. Somewhat floral throughout, nothing special about this IPA.

A: The pour is a cloudy golden orange color with a finger of white head. S: Dank. Ass. Hops. Lots of juicy grapefruit and tangerine providing tons of citrus, and a touch of sweetness. Almost as much pine which is quite resinous and intense. Solid. T: The flavor meets expectations and offers up tons of grapefruit, tangerine, and a hint of apricot. Piney hops provide bitterness and there is no malt to be found in this beer. Moderately dry, and bitter, on the finish. M: Medium in both body and carbonation. O: Everyone else was drinking Knuckle Sandwich, but they were missing out on a fantastic IPA. Hopefully this becomes part of the rotation.
