Our German-style Hefeweizen is an unfiltered wheat beer that is handcrafted using only pure imported Hallertau Mittelfrueh noble German hops to give it an original old world taste. With its white creamy long lasting head, golden color, subtle aroma of bananas, and light hop taste, our Hefeweizen has a crisp refreshing taste. The smooth balanced finish makes this a perfect beer for everyday enjoyment!

Bottle shared by beerboxer. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head and a yeasty banana aroma. There is a light wheat flavor that is very yeasty and a little sweet. A pretty good hefe.

Beer has a banana aroma with a mild spice. Taste is very clean and crisp with a mild hop taste. The banana taste comes through in the finish. Very refreshing beer.

A lot of orange and banana on the nose. Color is very murky orange with a nice white head. The flavor was a lot of banana, which I liked, but which was surprising after all of the orange on the nose, and I would say a little less citrus than an actual German hefe would have. The beer also is a little thinner in texture than what I would expect from a German-style hefe. If you like the banana flavors more than the citrus in a hefe, though, this is a great choice.

Appearance is hazy orange with minimal white head. Aroma is typical wheat in a hefeweizen. Taste is mostly wheat with a small amount of citrus. Overall decent for the style.

Pours a hazy orange yellow. The aroma is slight on the banana and clove mix. Taste is a little less powerful with those flavors as well. Too light for me to rank higher than say, Kellerweiss from Sierra Nevada. Nice and sparkly though.

On tap at Tony’s Darts Away. The beer equivalent of that kid you sat next to in high school health class - entertaining during those dull hours but otherwise completely forgettable.

Bottle. Cloudy orange pour, white head. Banana, sweet grainy malt, yeast, and light grassy hops. Simple and drinkable, but not one of my favorite styles.

On tap from Bootleggers. Pours out a cloudy golden orange which produced a nice head. Smells of hops bananas, bubblegum and malts. Tastes slightly sweet of ripe bananas bubblegum and hops. A refreshing brew.

On tap at Bootleggers pours out a cloudy golden orange with little head and lacing. Smells of ripe bananas hops and summer hay. Tastes sweet with the banana bread coming through strong. Finishes sticky sweet. Not my favorite style but I did enjoy it.
