Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-w hite head. The aroma has notes of malt, wheat, spices, and some fruit. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of lemon and other fruits as well as some wheat and other fruits, leading to a lightly tart finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of JohnC. Pours a clear pale yellow with a tiny white head. Tart, citrusy nose. Light body, very tart and citric without being really sour. A little yeast. Quite fresh but nowhere near a German Hefe. 231109

On tap at the taproom. An unclear orange-golden beer with a small white head. Light aroma with some banana and cloves. A touch of something puke like too. Sweet flavor with banana and some cloves. Hint of orange too. Low on bitterness. Short finish. A very boring one, and not very good either. 130812

Draft at the brewery taproom - Fullerton. Pours lightly hazy gold with a foamy, white head. Sugary wheat in the nose, light yeast and ripe citrus. Medium sweet with bread, orange, banana, light hay and cereal. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with modest wheat bread, yeast, mellow fruits. Easy.

Bomber from Hi-Time. Pours brassy gold with a fine white head. LIght aroma of banana ester. Med body, nearly. Flavor: Something gone wrong here. It’s lightly phenolic, the banana is barely detectable. It seems to be a rather unremarkable wheat beer, and there’s not a lot of hop. Drinkable, but not really something I’d repeat.
