A - Pours a clear golden-orange with a finger of frothy white head atop. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind come good lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet caramel malts and with some citrus hops with some grapefruit. There is just a touch of bread as well.
T - Starts off with some honey and sweet caramel malts with some grapefruit hops and mild bitterness. Through the middle, a bit more hop flavor and bitterness comes through. The finish is a mix of sweet malts with a touch of bread and some citrus hops and lemon.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a sweet lightly dry finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice session pale ale. Good hop malt balance.

650mll bottle. A good pale ale from a local Californian brewery. Deep orange colour with some good tan foam sitting on top. Piney hop aromas in the nose and a smooth silky mouthfeel.w

Pours an amber gold color with small amount of white head. Nose is slightly citrus hoppy. Taste is well balanced slightly sweet biscuit flavors with finish of slightly lemon bitterness. Mouthfeel is thin. A decent drinkable beer.

Sweet caramel and coffee on the nose accompanied by light pines. Pours a light golden brown with a small white top. Tastes of malty caramel and bread/oats with a pleasant amount of leafy hops. Slight bitterness on the finish with a thin texture and light carbonation. Overall, a pretty decent brew, although malts slightly overpowering hops. I’d give this a C+ rating.

Beer has a golden color with a small head. Malty aroma but the taste is pretty refreshing. Slight earthy taste with a dash of citrus.

25 nov 2011, tap at the brewery. Bright medium yellow, clear, no bubbles. Nice grapefruit rind hips. Thin body and fizzy. Light lemony citrus hops w a bit of a gold (heavy lager) flavor. Very nice.

[Bottle] Clear copper appearance, decent head formation. Sweet caramel, toffeeish malt aroma with a little grapefruit. Sweet crystal malts palate, a little sugarry, decent amount of grapefruit bitterness in the finish balances well but still a touch too sugarry in the aftertaste. Worthwhile local pale ale.

Bottle. Aroma is bready malts with some caramel. Fruity hops, a hint of pine. Pours golden with a large white head, retention is average, leaves some clumpy lacing. Flavor strikes a nice balance between the malt and hops. Bitterness is present but subdued, some citrus and floral hops, little bit of resin, bread and some caramel sweetness. Light-medium body with average carbonation. Nice easy-going pale ale, could definitely tackle a few without feeling too out of sorts...

Smells and tastes like tea
Hoppy, spicy and lots of citrus in the taste
Like I said before smell is very much of tea -I don’t know what else to say frankly
