Yellow pour at the brewery. White head. Sweet grainy aroma, some kids cereal. Flavor is again struck with the kids cereal and a light crisp finish.

On tap at the brewery during RBSG 2012. Pours a vibrant gold with a white head. Sweet sticky grainy flavor, some adjunct sweetness. Sorta Fruity Pebbles-like in the malt. Nice firm hop influence, a little grassy and tropical. Not bad but ultimately not dry or refreshing enough.

Tap at Bootleggers. Pours a low haze golden. Nice head formation. Nose is snappy, crackery, honey, dough, similar to a Victory pilsner with the raw, whole grain pizza dough character. Taste is doughy, powdery, sugary, just a bit too cloying for me. Sourdough bread character is subdued. On the right track.

Draught at the brewery with RBSG. Almost clear yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of cereal, noble hops, citrus, grass, biscuit and a bit sulphur. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of cereal and fresh hops. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty decent lager.

Draught at the brewery. Grassy nose with bready malts. Flavor is nice bread-like malts and reasonably grassy noble hops that are also quite lemony. Nicely balanced with a crisp finish, though not extremely hoppy or bitter. Good and drinkable.

Pours a pale yellow color with a tall white head. Corn/adjunct aroma to it with a touch of yeast. Quite a bit of straw and grass in there, too. Maybe a bit of floral hops and apple esters. Some sweet malt flavor, but mostly adjunct type sweetness. A light but noticeable bitterness, yeast, and mild hops. Some grass and apple juice in there too.

1 June 2012, tap at Bootleggers. Straw, almost white color and cloudy. Spicy straw, some lemon rind. Not very nice aroma. Thin body and a bit fizzy. Tastes of a toasted taco shell. Not very nice.
