3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
22oz bomber pours clear copper with tan head. The aroma is kind of sweet and floral with a slight soapy sugary cotton candy sensation in the background. The taste is pretty spicy with hoppiness and spicy rye like notes. Around the edges are modest notes of sugary malts, floral hops and then it rolls into a bit of soapy to resiny bitter notes. Ok IPA, not something I would seek out.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(bottle from Saarlander!). Pours slightly hazy amber with chunky off-white head. Nice carbonation and nice lacing left behind. Aroma is pine, spice, resin, and some grapefruit. Taste is sweet with more spice and bitterness. Lighter bodied with a dry, bitter finish. An easy drinker that would make for a good session.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bomber from Bevmo Oxnard. Nose is rye bread, buttery caramel, and light citrus. Clear copper orange with a medium beige head. Flavor is bitter with caramel and lemony accents. Not much in the way of bitterness or hoppiness.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Slight citrus and earthy hops accompanied by some subtle doughy malts. Pours a deep golden color with a huge foam top. Taste is a pleasant malt and hop combo with slight carbonation. Primarily leafy and floral hops with a nutty, bready malt to it. Slight syrup texture with a spicey finish. Overall, this is a very tastey IPA with some nice hoppy flavor. I’d give this an B+ rating.

Extra sent from Pat.
22 oz bomber. Pours a nice orange with a cascading white fluffy head. Smell is of hops and faintly of fruit(s). The hops smell crisp but not very pungent. Has some nice lacing and tastes decent. Nothing too amazing but this is my first bootlegger’s beer and I am happy to have it. The citrus isn’t too dominant in the flavor but it is bitter and leaves you wanting more. Good mouth feel though.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very solid, but a bit harsh and thin. The hops are not nearly as strong as the label says...85 ibus? Can’t think up much to say about it...kinda ordinary.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber from Holiday wine cellar into 3 half pint glasses. Looks like brown gold with smallish head. Smells slightly rustic amber hop spice. Lovelly tweaked version of an IPA. Overall 7 of 10.
