COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our latest addition to our year-round lineup. For you hop heads out there, you have to try this! This American style IPA made with rye grain tops the charts at over 85 IBU (thatís a lot of bitter!). Itís starts with floral hop notes a big malty body hinting at the underlying rye grain and finishes with a nice clean bitterness.

Slight citrus and earthy hops accompanied by some subtle doughy malts. Pours a deep golden color with a huge foam top. Taste is a pleasant malt and hop combo with slight carbonation. Primarily leafy and floral hops with a nutty, bready malt to it. Slight syrup texture with a spicey finish. Overall, this is a very tastey IPA with some nice hoppy flavor. Iíd give this an B+ rating.

Extra sent from Pat. 22 oz bomber. Pours a nice orange with a cascading white fluffy head. Smell is of hops and faintly of fruit(s). The hops smell crisp but not very pungent. Has some nice lacing and tastes decent. Nothing too amazing but this is my first bootleggerís beer and I am happy to have it. The citrus isnít too dominant in the flavor but it is bitter and leaves you wanting more. Good mouth feel though.

Very solid, but a bit harsh and thin. The hops are not nearly as strong as the label says...85 ibus? Canít think up much to say about it...kinda ordinary.

Inviting aroma. Starts with a citrusy spice flavor, with a strong hop body, finishing dry.

Bomber from Holiday wine cellar into 3 half pint glasses. Looks like brown gold with smallish head. Smells slightly rustic amber hop spice. Lovelly tweaked version of an IPA. Overall 7 of 10.

22 oz bottle. Pours light amber with a long lasting thick head. Aroma and flavor has some citrus notes and caramel backing. Slight spice from the rye. Overall I would have liked to have a bigger bitter bite and finish.

Bomber, poured a deep orange color with citrus and spice aromas that flare the nostrils. Taste is citrus, caramel, hops and grapefruit bitterness throughout.

On tap @ the brewery. Deep orange color with lots of white head. Citrus hop aroma with some spice and caramel malt - nice rye spiciness with some bitterness and a good amount of malt.

Bottle send to me from Saarlander. Rusty gold color with a good lasting foam on top. Scattered lacing. Pine and grapefruit in the aroma with grain, woodsy notes, and caramel. This is a solid beer. Easy to drink, refreshing, and enough hops to satisfy. The hop flavor seems more resinous with a little pine than any citrus; soft and somewhat oily but with a little bit of a gritty grain note thatís probably the rye component. Thereís plenty of malty sweetness but it still gets nice and dry in the finish. Nice firm bitterness. Lacks any thrill but just a good all around beer. Thanks Aaron!
