Appearance: Pours a dark, translucent amber with no head. Aroma: Super sour and sweet cherries and a small whif of wild yeast. Taste: Tart cherry, spicy funky yeast. Acidic. Mouthfeel: Soda like fizz, medium bodied. Overall: One of the most enjoyable sours Bootlegger’s makes.
