On draft at the brewery. Pour is a cloudy medium gold (orangish), with a white head. Tons of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, guava, grapefruit, some pine, and malty sweetness. Crazy fruit juice pale ale. The flavor is unique and delicious. Try some if you find it on draft!

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden yellow pour with a small dense white head. Lots of grapefruit, sweet mango, and orange in this. Juicy and delicious. Not bitter at all, just sweet.

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of alt, pineapple, citrus, grape and orange. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long citrus, grape and orange finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the taproom. An unclear yellow to orange beer with a small white head. The aroma has citrus peel, cat pee and pine cones. Some malty sweetness in the mouth, dealt with by a good bitterness. Tropical fruits and orange peel too. Medium to full body and a soft carbonation. Lasting finish. Best so far from this brewery. 130813

Tap at Anthill. Pours a slight hazy golden color with minimal white head. Aroma is overpowering mango, pineapple, peach and some slight hop character. Taste is more mango and peach with a little bit of the malt taste I get in many of the Bootleggers hoppy beers. Honey and some belgian like traits to this half way through the taste and when it warms more. Overall, this is a good APA but a slightly unique flavor that I can’t pin point that I’m not totally down with.

Tap at Bootleggers. Pours clear golden with a larger, white, rocky head. Nose is massive mango, papaya, pineapple, caramel, butterscotch. Holy monkey. Taste is thick, dense, butterscotch heavy, honey, spicy coriander. Really good overall. Orange acidity balances heavy oil.
