Tap. Pours dark reddish brown with average, creamy beige head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma is caramel and cookie malts, strawberries, raisins, floral hops, and dough. Flavor is extremely sweet with heavy berries and dark fruit esters along with sweet malt and floral notes; sweet finish to match the rest of the flavor. Medium body and low carbonation.

Drank in Denver for GABF 2012. Imperial Amber Ale. Pours a clear amber color with a small white head. A big sugary sweet nose with some light fruit. A sweet flavor also sugary with citrus, no bitterness. Enjoyable. Very sweet.

Tap at Falling Rock. Pours clear dark amber with medium, fizzy light tan head, medium retention with light lacing. Aroma is dark fruity esters, brown sugar, syrup, floral and citrus hops with cookie and caramel malt. Flavor is malt forward with medium hops and bitterness with heavy sugar and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Tap @ Bootstrap. Pours a dark amber appearance with a light brown head. Super cloying, sugary caramel, boozy, light citrusy aroma. Cloying, sugary sweet, caramel, a touch fruity flavor. Over the top and unbalanced.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Super hops and malt backing. Love the flavors this was a terrific Strong ale.
