on tap. clear bright golden with a nice white head, decent retention and lacing. aroma is yeasty, fruity with light to medium hopping - grassy and citrusy. taste is also yeasty and grassy, along with a nice mal t structure. medium body - actually quite syrupy. hint of sweetness. great balanced belgian ale. new name for ’’La Bavarde’’.

A hazed golden ale with a thin off white head. A pleasant sweet bubblegum aroma and coriander, quite nice, with nice herbal notes. In mouth, a smooth silky banana malt with coriander and cloves, Duvel-like, medium bodied. On tap at Octoberfest des Quebecois, Sept. 12 2010

En fût. Verre de 12 oz dégusté chez Brouhaha (Montréal, QC). Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes. Apparence: La couleur est orangée voilée. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes avec une pointe d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Moyenne effervescence en bouche.
