A hazed dark amber ale with a thin creamy lacing moka head. In aroma, a murky fruity malt with with light soapy notes, light maple and grass. In mouth, a smooth grainy malt with light maple, grass, fudge, smooth and herbal. On tap at Bieres et Saveurs, Sept. 3 2011.
