Bottle - 500ml. Hazy blond body with a thick white foamy head. Good malty aroma with apple, grainy, ginger and hoppy hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Taste is not as complex as the aroma. It carries apple and grainy notes. Ends with a decent short, dry bittersweet finish. Not bad at all.

Appearance : Hazy blond with medium foamy creamy head.
Aroma : Yeasty with green apples. Light saison funk. Notes of fruity chewing gum.
Taste : Apples and raisins with yeasty notes. Notes of Oasis™ raisin juice.
Overall : This is one weird beer. Interesting sharp notes of green apples but mixed with strange raisins notes. Would have been decent with just the apples but now it’s just going nowhere.

Bière blonde d’apparence trouble qui ressemble à de la compote de pommes. Au nez, on sent le malt et une odeur de marmelade éthylique nous soulève un sourcil. Un goût surette de pomme pas assez mûre, ce qui n’est pas vraiment désagréable en soi, vient meubler la bouche. Lot 1103-020 (92-071011)

Bouteille de 500 ml achetée chez La Barik (Trois-Rivières, QC). Arôme: Légère odeur de pommes vertes et de céréales. Apparence: La couleur est blonde voilée. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de pommes vertes et de céréales avec une pointe d’agrumes. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de pommes en arrière goût. (Rating #3914)

on tap. pour is clear bright golden with a decent white head, some retention. nose os sweet malts, light green apple. taste has some nice acidity, sour green apple. lively, light body, short herbal and lightly acidic finish.

Bottle: Poured a light dirty beige color ale with a generous fizzy head with average retention. Aroma is leaning toward sourer green apple note then I was expecting but that is not a bad thing. Taste is very nice with a good mix between some sour apple notes and some solid cereal notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I must admit to really enjoying the light acidic and green apple notes.

Pours a thin light straw yellow with a big intense fizzy white top. Aroma is green apple which is astringent and a little sulphuric. Taste is thin bodied, lots of carbonation, acidic and an overall sweet green apple flavour.

Bouteille 750 ml, 7%. Couleur jaune foncé un peu brouillé. Arôme de levure, malt et agrume...un peu de pomme. Goût d’agrume, un peu de pomme. Bonne effervescence. Finale sèche. Bonne.

75 cl bottle. The look : Cloudy golden in color. Small white head with good retention. Some lacing. The nose : Natural apple juice, pale malts, slightly sulfuric breath. The taste: Green and red apples all around the place, light acidity, light sweetness. The mouthfeel : Thin body, average carbonation and light texture. The finale: Fruity and short.

Bouteille de 750ml. Bière dorée trouble avec une mince couche blanche. Le nez est de cidre de pomme acide. La bouche est fraiche, acide. une légère astringence en fin de bouche est perceptible. Elle se boit seul mais peut surprendre avec ses 7% alc/vol. Pour moi les pommes de vont pas très bien avec la bière, un peu comme l’Eden.
