Hazy blonde pour with a thin white head. Average aroma of fruits and hops. Good flavor of fruits, hops and bubble-gum. The body is light with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Interesting.

Very pale golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is lightly fruity. A touch of light wheaty spice and a touch of soft graininess. The flavour is very wheaty with a softly astringent huskiness that I often associate with some cask bitters. Spicy sort of Golding-esque hoppiness also adds to the comparison. In addition to this, there is a lovely citrusy lemon balm zestiness. Soft earthy bitterness. A very unique beer that works surprisingly well.

My Bottom Line:
This juicy and citrusy Blond Ale is quite quenching with its omnipresent tropical fruitiness, light cereal undertones and herbal, grassy brushes in the finish.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the very cloudy beige.
-The diligent hoppiness is also floral, which works quite well with the citrusy prevalence.
-The grain bill does not come out crisp enough for my tastes.
-Carbonation is rather light, but that increases drinkability in this case. A 20oz pint of this went down very fast...
