COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière qui se distingue par sa forte composition en malt de type munich foncé qui lui apporte des notes subtiles de noisettes ainsi qu’une saveur de céréales grillées. Les houblons balancent, avec une pointe d’amertume, les notes maltés de cette rousse savoureuse.

En fût. Verre de 4oz dégusté au Week-end des Saveurs de Compton 2009 (Compton, QC). Arôme: Forte odeur de céréales avec une pointe de noix. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée voilée avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col crémeux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréales avec une pointe de noix et de caramel. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture onctueuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Aroma sweet sided nose, malty with hint of alcohol. Bland yet clean.6-
Appearance hazed brown red, fine creamy top.
Flavor and Palate : medium body , mild cream textures , hint of earthiness. Nothing special really.

A nice red amber beer with a thick frothy light moka head. A nice grassy and grainy nutty aroma. AIn mouth, a rather nice and lightly oily nutty malt, roasted nuts and vienna like. Medium bodied. On tap at Mondial 2009.
