Pours medium brown colour, about 3/8 inch of head, and a little lace follows the glass. Aroma is roasty with some spice and rich malting. Medium mouthfeel, carbonation is right there. Taste is of a richer malt, some sugar, rope, slightly astringent soap, a little roasted malt.A little Sourish aftertaste that builds, preventing my drinking more than a quarter pint..

500ml bottle, dark brown-copper color, with a small beige head, light tobacco leaf, roasted sunflower seed nose with some earthy floral hop leafiness and roasted, toasted malt accents, and a hint of dark chocolate in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, toasted, roasted malt, earthy flowery hop hemp, tobacco leaf character, with some slight dark chocolate, coffee flavours, leading towards a roasted, caramel, tobacco, hop, leafy hemp bitterness finish.
