Bottle - 500ml. Cloudy amber body with a huge off-white foamy head. Good malty/hoppy aroma with caramel, herbal, and flowery hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries malty and some subtle oaky notes. Ends with a robust, long, warming bitter finish. Good stuff.

500 ml bottle from Broue Ha Ha, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. 27JN11.

App.: Cloudy deep amber with a nice tan head. Aroma: Big, sweet, mashy, grapefruit and marmalade, brown sugar and caramel, some pine and resin, a pretty nice American-style DIPA. Palate: Medium+ body, limited effervescence. Flav.: Berries, strawberries, pine, grapefruit and marmalade, brown sugar, brown sugar, caramel, rich malts and C-hops, typical of an American DIPA; sweet with nice bitterness and a long, alcoholic, sweet finish.

Pretty good.

pours cloudy light brown-red with a nice light beige head, good retention and lacing. lots of american hops in there - strawberry but mostly resin. dry caramel malts. medium hopping - medium long citrusy-grapefruity finish. average carbonation, med to full body, unbalanced finish. still decent.

Quevillon (2210) - Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 12, 2010
500 ml bottle purchased at there brewpub on August 6, 2010, drank on the 10th. Misty honey blonde, average head. Very floral aroma Columbus hops, a bit fruity. Taste floral hops, semi-sweet citrus notes, the aftertaste is more sour than bitter. More balanced and tasty then the original, one of my favorite of 2010!

SlovakSniper (2095) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 15, 2011

Pours a cloudy golden brown with a big frothy white head. Aroma is floral/pine hop with sweet malt. Taste has a slightly off balanced floral hop bitterness with some sweet malts.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2013 Bouteille 500 ml. 9.5%.

Ordinaire.
