My Bottom Line:
A spicy orangey prevalence suffuses this Double IPA fermented with a Belgian yeast, as light alcohol heat, subtle caramel and wooden hop bitterness tickle the palate’s fancy.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the cloudy orange. Better flocculation would help this colour shine.
-Yeast and hops coexist harmoniously, even developing the semblance of spiciness. Or is it really curaçao?
-Hop bitterness is pleasantly lengthy while never being overdone.
-The body is well rounded and the prickly effervescence suited it fine.
-I can’t say the chosen hops (Perle) were that aromatic.
-If the flavor profile were better polished, we’d have a real winner here.

Hazy golden with a thin off white head with ok retention. Aroms is belgian malt, sugar, fruity notes, sugar and moderate floral hops. Flavor is roasted and belgian malt, sugar, floral hops and moderate bitterness. Would benefit some more hops.
