Premium malts, whole-cone hops and yeast are selected to elaborate this forgotten Ale. The malts and the hops used balanced out for a mild bitterness and create a beer that is pale gold color with a unique taste and aroma. This beer pairs well with any food, however, its refreshing and dry finish is perfect with seafood and tapas. Welcome to the world of artisan beersÖ.have a blonde!!

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Presentation: 22 oz. brown bottle with the bottled on date printed on the label.
Appearance: Clear bright gold color, with a very thin half finger head that goes away fairly quickly.
Smell: It has a sweet malt and cereal smell thatís subtle but very pleasant and balanced.
Taste: Itís very sweet and just like the nose full of malt and cereal grain. Itís not complex or overly interesting, but very good nevertheless.
Mouthfeel: Itís light bodied, easy to drink and very refreshing.
Overall: A very refreshing and tasty beer. Itís not complex or mindblowing but very well made and a great introduction to craft beer for those who donít have a palate for it.
