Hazy pale yellow in appearance with strong coriander and yeast malt aromas. These mix with a distinct citrus and wheat flavours to make for a very unique flavoured beer. Definately worth giving a try.

Notre nez fait connaissance avec des arômes puissants de pamplemousse, de gingembre, de lime, de coriandre, de poivre et de fleurs. Notre palais décrit un corps mince-moyen et nos papilles gustatives des flaveurs de lime, de pamplemousse, de gingembre, de miel et de fleurs.

May 1, 2008 Bouteille brune de 341 ml. Arômes épicés et d’agrumes, surtout de la pelure d’oranges. Robe pâle, belle effervescence. Très aromatisée, les agrumes sont particulièrement présents (limette, citron, orange). On retrouve aussi une touche épicée et une certaine acidité de céréales. Une très bonne bière d’été !

Jan 24, 2008 nice cloudy yellow color. Aroma is LOADED with corriander, rosemary, and lemon, with a touch of yeast. Flavour is so smooth, lots of corriander, and LOADS of lemon. Really nice carbonation, and a nice smooth sweet finish. What a great beer! Perfect for a summer patio, wicked stuff.

Jan 11, 2008 Thanks Milos-This one pours a slightly hazy yellow with a thick white foam atop. A touch grainy in the nose, fruity, pretty yeasty, some spices, and lemon zest. Citrus flavour is matched up with corriander, but this is a touch too yeasty for me, and has too much earthiness. Creamy and bitter in the finish.
