A gorgeous flavour to accompany a gorgeous red colour. Everything an amber ale should be.

Dark amber color with a medium head. Interesting aroma. Good taste with some caramel touch and a dry finish. A very good beer.

Was pleasantly surprised to try this tasty ale on my first trip to Montreal; the bar we went to was called McLean’s Pub on Peel, and it had a nice, laid-back atmosphere for a couple of travelers on a Tuesday night. Loved the caramel nestled somewhere in the flavor of this beer, and its dark amber color. Well worth picking up, if you ask me.

One of the finer malt tasting beers. Tried this one in Hull, Quebec as well. A nice cross between an ale and a Canadian ’Ice’ beer. Recommended for people looking for a change.
