Sep 3, 2008 <i>Bottled at Byns Crêperie & Ciderie, Stockholm. </i> Clear deep golden, small brief head. Pleasant yeasty leathery flavour with a fruity intense apple flavour. Mid sweet and lightly sparkling. Juicy with tannic apple skins bitterness. Very drinkable and quite complex.

Sep 29, 2007 From 75 cL bottle, thanks to Hildigöltur. Pours hazy orange with no head. Slight citric and acidic aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Flavour is slight acidic and apple, somewhat mellow. Great balance and clean finish. Quite nice.
