orange very small bubbly head. very nice apple aroma, complemented by a sour apple note. not much citrus or vineagre. flavor is apple, sort of bitter, the usual sour or acid notes are replaced by a bitter note.

orange colour...very small head...champagne like carbonation...taste of peaches...complex aroma...almost like on the tap wheat beer with peaches and tangerines

750 mL bottle from Astor Wines & Spirits in New York, served in a lager glass. Pours clear golden with a small white head and champagne carbonation. The head fades to a thin cover but then mostly remains and leaves a small amount of fine lace. The nose has big aromas of ripe apple with a woody accent. The flavour is dryish apple with an acidic bite and a finish that is moderate in length and slightly astringent with a bitter touch of apple peel. On the palate, it is light in body with a dry texture and fizzy carbonation. Overall, a decent cider but not terribly inspiring. 2011-05-14

It’s hazy bronze with a grey hue and the aroma has notes of wood, apple, oven-baked apple and the flavour has a light sweetness and the same notes as the aroma. It’s dry, like in tannic-acid astringent dry.

Bottle 750ml.

Clear medium amber orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, wood, moderate overripped apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dry dry, hønserøv - chicken butt dry. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20100629]

Bottle, 5.5%. Very acidic aroma, hint of acetone. Hazy grey/amber colour. The flavour is sweet and citric, but not as citric as the aroma. Has some apple core in the finish, giving it a dry and slightly rough bitterness in the aftertaste. Rough, but not bad.

Bottled. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, tropical fruit juice and some aidic wooden notes as well. Flavour is sweet and sour apples along with some slight buttery and yeasty notes as well.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with no head. Has a fruity tart apple aroma. Fruity tart apple flavor with some sweetish hints. Has a fruity tart acidic apple finish.

Bottle (75 cl) from Systembolaget. Deep golden, tiny brief white head. Yellow apple aroma with weird notes of leather and burnt rubber. Bone dry with harsh peel bitterness. Quite disgusting.

Clear pale golden color, small white head. Acidic, dry, sulfur scent. Acidic, dry, gypsum taste. Smoke, faint sausage aftertaste. Dry mouthfeel, harsh seed bitterness. Made some funny faces when trying the taste of this one...

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear amber golden with a tiny rough off-white head. Fat apple aroma with a woody edge. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, notes of overripe apples, a little sulphur and an astringent, peely finish. 200409
