COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boréale Blonde is made from a pale malt of premium, two-row barley that gives it a luminous colour and velvety flavour. Selected hops add a crisp and refreshing bitter harmony to the mellow notes.

Limpid blond beer topped with a discreet and quick-fading head. Mild honey aroma and flavor. Some timid hints of bitterness. This is a fair liquid to bring to a party if you plan to drink a lot, don't want to spend too much, and hate rotten corn stuff like Molson's.

Nice grassy smell, withmore of crystal malts in the mouth and little bitterness. A mineral chalky post taste.

A very good and very popular "house" beer in Montreal. Had this accompanying a plate of poutine! Smooth, spicy, refreshing. Full finish. Nice nuttiness and effervescence! Crisp finish!

Tap, some great little frites place on the Rue St. Catherine, Montreal. Lightly hoppy aroma with a touch of sulfur. Bright clean maltiness. Small hints of sulfur. This screams kolch to me, and an excellent one at that.

Caramel and flour nose. Malt and hops doesnt seem perfectly balanced in mouth, malt is too dominant I find. A little wheat and a shy bitterness decorates the end.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2003 Gold colour beer with a small head. Not as much character as the rousse but still enjoyable.
