Boréale Blonde is made from a pale malt of premium, two-row barley that gives it a luminous colour and velvety flavour. Selected hops add a crisp and refreshing bitter harmony to the mellow notes.

Bouteille de 341 ml, couleur jaune clair, avec une mousse très discrète. Le malt est très présent au nez et en bouche. Désaltérant, encore meilleur avec des chips All dress.

Pours clear yellow, medium but quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is malty but with some grassy hops, hint of lemon and pine. Taste is light, resiny, fairly balanced.

Pours a good layer of foamy, bubbly head. Fairly carbonated, ok lacing. Pale yellowish colour, golden hue. Citrus aromas, some malts. For flavours, getting some malts, as well as a little bit of honey, grains and wheats. Has a pretty good mouthfeel. Not bad.

bière très simple. Flaveurs de céréales perceptibles. Fait l’affaire pour des jeux de boisson

Light aroma of hay and copy paper. Light gold color. Lightly sweet and even lighter bitter. Not crisp like a lager, but very refreshing. Could take down a half dozen in short order while dining. This was 2 for $7 at the bar I was in so that worked well.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, grass and floral. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a long malty and grassy finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap. A clear golden beer with a small white head. The aroma is weak, lightly fruity sweet with grass and pine cone notes. Hay too. It’s smooth and rather thin in the palate, very soft carbonation. There’s some bitterness in the flavor, but it’s mostly grass, hay and pale malts. Semi-long finish. Rather boring, but flawless. 150611

On tap at Marche. Pours golden with no head. Not much aroma. Buttery flavor, very English sale but not bold. Good with a meal but nothing special.

Can. Pours a clear golden with a really small white head that fades into a small rim that leaves good lacing. Nose is of fruits and cereals, simple but as advertised. Taste is of fruits and a little cardboard (how old is this?), not really sweet but not 100% dry. Cereals show up again in the flavor. Body is light to medium and carbonation moderately high. Light bitterness and drying sensation from the carb. Overall a middle of the road kind of beer. Not sure why I’d drink that except if there is nothing else around.
