COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boréale Blonde is made from a pale malt of premium, two-row barley that gives it a luminous colour and velvety flavour. Selected hops add a crisp and refreshing bitter harmony to the mellow notes.

Bouteille. Couleur clair, or, légèrement cuivrée.

Bottle. More of a blond bitter a striaght blonde ale. Pours a deep sunshine yellow, soda like head, quickly fades. Aroma is of boose, golden malt. Mouth feel is Med-High carbonation smoth, sandy. Tates is sight caramel malt, notes of boose, slight skunk, minute floral hops, very dry{espicaly for a ale}. After taste like a dry lager, slight skunk, boose climbs back up the neck. Overall, more flavourfull than a blue, but woudn’t ever choose this over a McAuslan product, or a imported ale, but when I’m broke, this cheep flavour full blond is one of my choices {along with boreal noir} Cheers!

UPDATED: APR 15, 2005 Bottle. This is almost the only blonde or pilsner or beer of this kind that i can drink. Hopy and malty, this beer is different and tasty if u compare it to any Molson, Labatt, Bud and .... (crap like that). But 9/10 this beer is infected. I reccomend also the Champs’s Pilsner, if u want to try something a little bite different in this large and crapy market of the pilsner or try the one brewed by Biereofolie.

Gaolden beer with a frothy white head. Nice hoppy aroma. Taste is malty and hoppy, with nice bitter ending. Enjoyable.

pint on tap: Pours golden yellow with minimal carbonation and a thin head. The aroma was grain and malt with minimal hops. The taste was off, maybe the keg was not fresh, but i am sure the beer is better than what i tasted. Overall i was a little disappointed but am looking forward to trying this at the source at MiM in a couple of weeks. Will rerate then.

Nice and malty. Crystal malt? Seems to perhaps lack hops to be an ale. There is not a great deal of fruitiness. Not much aroma. Nice moutfeel.
