Bouteille 341 ml.

Amber color with a medium size head. Malty and sweet. Taste of caramel coffee and small fruits. Not really spicy. A little bit roasty. Nice - sort of dry- finish. That’s one of Boréale’s best ...

Bouteille. Couleur brune-ambrée, mousse très mince, pesistente. Arôme de réglisse, de malt torréfié. Goût épicé et sucré, fruits confits, bel équilibre, présence d’alcool peu perceptible, amertume en finale, Corps moyen, effervescence moyen-faible. Très bonne. Bon 20e Boréale !

Nice beige head toping a dark purple/brown liquid. Wow. Great nose full of spices, caramel, plum and licorice. The taste is a great continuity of the aromas. Toffeeness, chocolate, dry fruits with a touch of rhum and anis. Tasted it several time at the DRAGON ROUGE, ( Lajeunesse Str., Mtl ) and at home, before, after and almost a year after the peremption date and it’s better as it’s getting older.
