Commercial Description:
Boréale Cuivrée is a strong beer with a shimmer of coral in its colour and hints of caramel in its bouquet. A smooth, richly flavoured attack with fruit notes gives way to riffs of bitterness and heat as a wilder side kicks up its heels.

Amber golden color. Head disappears in a flash. Endless supply of carbonation. Sweet bread dough nose. Taste is alcohol with some sweet spice. Too much alcohol taste in the end. Bitterness is not balanced.

The bottle says malty, the name is Belgian. A decent little beer here. Pours whitish like a wheat beer and big white head. Aroma is a tad fruity and spicey. Easy mouthfeel, comes to a bit of funky yeast in the finish. Well quaffable.

Hazy honey amber, moderate thin head. Sweet malty nose, cereal and spice. Honey malt and spice, a little estery. Smooth, slightly oily mouthfeel.

On tap... Poured a clear amber color with a foamy, off-white head. I didn’t smell or taste any distinct flavors, other than a general malt taste. It was pretty refreshing on a hot evening, but overall not great.

Poured a lighter amber color with with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of oxidized raisins, caramel, citrus fruits, and toasted malts. Taste of toffee, sweeter raisins, with some citrus, and cardboard, and a drier finish.
