COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The golden glow of Boréale Dorée comes from pale malt accented by a touch of roasted barley. Honey is fermented with the malt sugars, not to make the beer sweeter but to add crispness and silkiness to its mellow malt flavour.

Decent Ale for a canadian mainstream microbrewery. Good refreshment though, but the flavour and the nose not impressive at all. If you have friends who drink beer once in a while, this one is a good compromise.

Nice dark blond color, white quick-fading head. Bread aroma and lightly sweetened flavor. The aftertaste is timid. A baby step above her blonde sister...

Very common blond ale. Some subtle form of honey in the aroma. This is a fair example of a blonde ale and is much better than mass market products as it has a malt-like after taste. A good beer to have after moving your neighbor.

Nice gold colour, with lots of malts and sweetness in the aroma. Comes also in the mouth, with a little bitterness. Lightly sweet. average stuff.

Pours gold with nearly invisible head, but a bit of lacing. Aroma has malt and honey but the flavour is lacking much of both. Slight honey aftertaste after some bitterness. Relatively bland, and a bit watery.

Copper/dark golden sparkling colour with a light white head. Light sweet malty aroma, some fruitiness with just a hint of honey. The body is sweet with malt, sprinkles of light fruit and a touch of brown sugar. Spritzy and sweet, finishes with a very light bitterness.

This is a typical american standard-type (just in ale form). Do not attempt to drink this beer. Simply put it down and slowly back away. No honey whatsoever.
