33 cl bottle. 2007-version. Dark brown/reddish color. Nice beige head. Very sweet, fruits and berries, dark malt, some bitterness in the finish. Almost too sweet, but one of the better industrial Norwegian xmas-beers.

Bottle. Dark red-brown with a yellowish head. Quite sweet, slightly burnt aroma, some fruity. Burnt flavours more prominent, yet good fruit shines through. Slightly sirupy.

Off-white foam over a deep dark red-brown body. Dried fruity aroma. Caramel malty sweetness in flavour. Rather short aftertaste. Moderate to full mouthfeel (Sample at a Yule beer testing session in Tromsø, 08.12.2006)

Bottle. Clear dark brown almost ruby body. Decent beige head. Modest aromas of red berries and malt with notes of yeast. Taste is sweet, dark fruits and yeast. Mildly spiced, lightly hopped. Short sweetish finish.

[Bottled] Deep ruby colour with a pale brown head. Bit burnt, sweet malty and less hops than in the Vienna Style. This is a bock! And a good one with the marzipan-almondy backbone.
