Sweet and malty taste, metallic, finish is also sweet. The little aroma there is to detect is of malts. Dark amber colour, off-white head. (33 cl bottle)

KI=7

Bottle, tasted in December 2009. Looks OK. Darkish copper colour. Smells corny and doughy. Better on the palate. Dryish and not that bad, but nothing too interesting in the flavour. Overall palatable but dull.

A Mes rate. Bottle at home.
Amber brown with a thin off white head. Lots of cardboard and crap caramel. No hop. Some cereal. Very dull and boring. But hey, on the label it says: "Jodel-didel-dadel-dei" Who am I to argue?

500ml on tap at Beer Palace. Very nice appearance with its deep palisander coloured body and glittering surface. Weak smell of dark malts with hints of dark fruits. Mid-sweet taste of perfumed caramel malts. Short-lived ending. Clean tasting. Alright with the Thai pizza (Oslo, 13.10.2009).

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of mlat and caramel, as well as light notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes fo malt and caramel, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Clear warm amber golden with an off-white head. Aroma of chicory and roasted malt. Medium body with sweet malts and light notes of caramel and a somewhat bitter finish. Not your typical Oktoberfestbier. 030608
