COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draught at the brewpub. Rough hop aroma, mixed with sweet grain and hay notes. Cloudy orange colour. Nice and creamy, stable white head. The flavour is quite citric, and nicely so. There are also plenty of nice grain notes and a little sweetness to balance. Uncompromising bitterness. High carbonation. The finish is slightly thin, but overall it is a good Helles.

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and lemons, as well as hints of vinegar, leading to a dry finish where a note of hay appears.
