330 ml. bottle. Pours red/brown with a big, rocky head. Aroma of fruit, chocolate, earth. Taste of chocolate, raisins, dark fruit. Nothing amazing, but quite good.

Bottle. Pours rich, dark amber with a huge rocky off white head. Dark candied fruits, a hint of chocolate, tart grape skin and wet tree bark on the nose. Mouth filling carbonation, which actually distracts from the beer a bit. Lots of yeasty spice, tree bark, figs and raisins on the tongue. A forgettable Dubbel.

Poured from bottle a reddish brown with a sweet yeasty smell. The flavor hits with a brown sugar and raisans with a good acidic bite from the high carbonation. The yeast is presents with the sweetness and a good balance with the hops. The ending is a little thin and watery. This is a good beer overall. I would drink it again given the right circumstance.

33 cl bottle, ’bbe’ Feb 08. Moderately cloudy red-mahogany, abundant off-white foam which doesn’t hold too long. Aromas of quince, coffee, toffee, with a sourish touch and a hint of mint . Very rich body with a nice carbonation. Rather sweet taste with notes of caramel and fruit with a gently sourish finish.

Dark brown with huge off white lasting head. Aroma is sweet malty with ripe fruits. Sweet fruity flavor with raisins and light roasted malt. Lacks depth.

Pretty much like the others say: Malty and yeasty, spicy.
Too much to add, too little to say :)
