| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 15, 2008 33cl bottle. Dark ruby brown, frothy pale head. Yeasty, quite dry aroma with mild spiciness, cellar, rotten banana and wheat. Like a bad dunkelweizen. Dry herbal flavor, yeast and wheat with a bit acidic, berry-like finish. Quite light bodied, overcarbonated spritzy palate. There’s not much likeness with the standard dubbels here.
