Golden shining and soft feeling in the mouth - perfectly balanced taste - full body and heart warming, a splendid aroma, tickling in the nose - hoppy dry long finish.

bottled. Watery pale w/ a funkned up nose of stale straw(?). Has a dry crisp start but still ends in that same off putting funk. Blah!

Pour was cloudy straw with soda pop head and a little fizz left over on the glass (I wouldn’t really call it lacing). Aroma was faint barnyard funk. The flavor was sweet malt fruity trippel malt, some barnyard funk and a mild twang finish. A bit overcarbonated on the tongue. Not a horrible beer, but not great either.

aroma of sweet malts and spices ... taste of spiced apples and yeast ... fruity finish with a thin mouth ... more apples in the after ... sharp and bubbly champagne feel .... drinkable but not overly notable

Bottle, bought @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Cph.
Pours clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet, lots of yeast, some apple, pineapple and sweet oranges. Lively and fresh mouthfeel. Flavour is round, quite dry, oranges peep through again. Lightly yeasty. Perhaps a bit too lively.

Murky straw yellow, massive pillowy head collapses into flotsam. Wet hay, musty yeast, appley fruit aroma. Very malty and sweet up front, musty basement yeastiness, not much fruit character, dry finish with noticeable alcohol.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a thick white head. The aroma is spices, banana, yeast, and citrus. The taste is mostly a dry and creamy mouthfeel. Some citrus and spices, really quite dry and no notice of the alcohol. Not bad.

330ml bottle with a lot of carbonation with an average gold color. Initlal bitter taste mellows but still leaves a rather unpleasant aftertaste. Disappointing for a tripel.
