Significant microhead flows up in a cone -- turns soap-bubbly in appearance as it gradually subsides. Bread and hay notes. Fizzy and dry with some lemon and apple -- a lasting alcoholic finish. Crit (2399), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada Aug 17, 2006 Pale gold, large white head.Fruity nose. Effervescent, somewhat watery fruity flavor, surpisingly, no alcohol heat....Rather bland, not what I expected bobaidan (358), Farmington, Connecticut, USA Aug 17, 2006 The cork on this one popped like champagne.
